Senior Vice President - Retail & Retail Senior Leader | Group Chief Executive, Global Risk Partners

Mike Bruce has been in the Retail Senior Leader role since Brown & Brown acquired Global Risk Partners (GRP) in 2022. He also continues in his role as chief executive officer of GRP, which he has held since July 2020. He has been with GRP since 2015.   

Mike joined Lambert Fenchurch in 1999, progressing to the role of group managing director of Heath Lambert and in 2010 joined Bluefin becoming chief executive officer in 2013. His background in broking covers the UK Retail, Lloyd’s, and Speciality sectors. 

Mike graduated in Mathematics & Physics from the University of York followed by a career in IT and Business consultancy, specializing in the Insurance and Broking Sectors.
