Chef Ivan will draw upon his extensive training in French gastronomy to introduce you to French cuisine in an upscale manner in this hands-on cooking class. The art of choosing, cooking and eating good food is what gastronomy is all about. Join Chef Ivan on this culinary journey to beautiful France, where you will learn how to utilize cooking techniques to make modern versions of four French classics. Explore the palatable flavors and divine techniques that make French cuisine so incredibly spectacular. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
