This consisted of following up with inspectors and adjusters so the customer could swiftly schedule an evaluation of the premises and receive a quote for the rebuild. Once all pertinent documentation was obtained, the Brown & Brown team followed up with the carriers and reviewed the payout analysis. They noticed a discrepancy as the policy deduction needed to be updated and applied correctly. This was rectified, and the customer received the accurate amount for the payout.
The customer received the correct payout amount, which allowed them to quickly rebuild their Ft. Myers facility. The customer was pleased that they could get back to business, as they were instrumental in the extensive rebuild in the community.
